Head and Tail

Do a eight knot then roll the rope around you. At the end pull the rope around the arcs that are around you to maintain it and do a Noeud de pêcheur to attach it.

Middle

To find the middle point you tense the rope so that each side are equal.

Middle point is in noeud de guide double, avec soit un noeud de guide et une attache sur le baudrier (comme sur la photo) ou un double noeud de pêcheur. Avec deviation Rope can go around the rock for belay without a need for a knot.
